on JL's website, they only list that it will fit the e92 and e93.

i am not sure if it will fit the e90.

Yea, that's what I saw too. I'm not sure if they sell these in the e90 fitment.

even if it doesn't the tape costs like 10 dollars from home depot. Just make sure you get the red one.

it does not come with any mounting equipment.

as john mentioned above, it is just $10 or so for the double sided tape.
