Will my 535i Tire Rack A7 Sport Edition snows fit an e90 M3?

They are the 18x8 et20 A7 sport editions from tire rack 245/40-18.

My (old) car is a 2009 535 sport.

Would I need a new tpms (M3 is a 2011.5)?

I have the same setup on my e92. I previously had an 08 535i and the TPMS frequency is different than the e9x M3's. You can mount your current winter set up and just ignore the warning message everytime you start up or order new TPMS senors from tirerack/dealership.
