Looking for Part# Silver Stitching Alcantara Shift Boot
I am looking for the part# to the BMW Performance Alcantara Shift boot with Silver Stitching for e90.
I know for sure its not Part# 25110429990 cause this one does NOT have the Black Stitching. But when you click on this link and use the drop-down bar for 'options' -- it lists the Silver Stitching version - but no part# http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462 Thanks I plan to retrofit the Silver Stitching Version unto the OE Plastic Base Ring - so it fits in my e90m3 6mt shift console. |

Nevermind = I just received an email confirmation from Tischer - that this part# 25110435847 is indeed the Silver Stitching = hope they are right.
Thanks |

Any reason why the black stitching is for ssk only and silver for non ssk?
Also does the mounting ring fit with the E92 M3? I'd like to get the black stitching and later on go with an AutoSolutions ssk. |

ok just to be clear, the oem performance shift boot DOES NOT fit m3s... all M3 cars have a smaller shift boot adapter ring compared to regular 3 series vehicles...
the performance shift knob will fit the m3 but not the shift boot... hence you have two alternatives, cut the stock shift boot/knob assembly and reuse that. or get another shift boot custom made (this is what i did) ...

Have you talked with the owner of AutoSolutions? Is he making an E92 M3 SSK? Last time I talked with him he wasn't making one.

Sorry to go OT here, but Montreal, where did you get your flat bottom wheel w/ custom stitching?

yeah, steering wheels were done by an upholstery shop that i have very good relations with (runned by a relative of mine). anyway, if youre interested, i can give a MUCH better price if we deal on e90post instead of ebay since ebay takes a huge chunk of profit on every sale made.
