BMW M3 Warranty
I am looking for a warranty that covers all mechanical and allows for a care free ownership of the car. Specifically I am looking for a direct replacement for a factory warranty. I have like about 3 grand. I want no problems with the car that the warranty would cover.
So what are my options? |

Sorry I can't give you more specifics, but there are already TONS of extended warranty threads on here, so hopefully you can find the closest thing to what you're looking for there.

I'm looking a little more budget friendly, Like usaa or something. I just want coverage on major parts and stuff. Not factory warranty, I know cpo doesn't cover everything but like a similar one. Or like monthly payments or something for my insurance?
I spent a couple hours trying to find an answer. Most threads advertise a huge cost to these warranties like 7gs for 2-3 years. Assurant costs as much as a regular extended warranty for like 7 grand. I am looking for something like a monthly payment or like insurance plan. I will of course pay for the brake pads and oil but like just the basics of the engine but I only have like half of 7 to put on the warranty like 3. I paid around that for a 6yr/100k BMW Powertrain Plus warranty from Steve Thomas BMW. The Powertrain Plus doesn't cover any of the electronics (radio, nav, etc) but most of the major mechanical components are covered. I noticed you specifically stated mechanical, however, so maybe this warranty would satisfy you.

I just got done looking for myself. I have a 2011 with 27000 miles. Warranty up in July. Assurant seems very reasonable. It is an exclusionary policy. Doesn't cover wear and tear. Includes road side services. Price will go up after 30000 miles.
Titanium plan (best) 4 years or odometer 60000 miles, $100 deduct for $3209. Can spread out pmts over 2 yrs with no penalty. Transferable and cancelable |

USAA is the best insurance you can buy, period. They are consistently ranked highest in customer satisfaction. You have to be a member of the military to buy a policy, however.

Usaa is dope, you can keep extending the warranty past 100k. so every 2 years i pay 2k for 2 more years.
i mentioned my plan to the bmw shop forman and he said it covers everything but wear and tear items. Which is weird because my plan covers some wear and tear items lol. just had my engine and motor mounts FREE!!! and theres no deductible im always at bmw lol,why not its free!!

My quote is for a 2012 M3 with 19k mile. its extends warranty 26 months (75K miles Total) past OEM warranty, but they said it in addition to the OEM, whatever that means. Is yours also on top of OEM warranty or does it extend 4 year past? |

Talk to Dan Dutton @ Pacific BMW (in California). He has very competitive prices on BMW Extended Vehicle Protection, which is a BMW-backed extended warranty. There are various coverage levels and durations. For $3k you could probably get a powertrain one for a few more years. If you want a true B2B, you'll have to pay big money from any provider.
