Figured I would throw a couple of pics up of some mock ups I have been working on. Mandrel bending will come later but here is the left side.

I received a email today from the company that made the old pipes. Not using the name, long story short is I was told the company that was contracted to build all the pipes went out of business and they kept all the molds and templates for the test pipes. So they are having to start from scratch on new ones. They are working on new sets and will be in production shortly.
Now I take this with a grain of salt until I actually see something because some quotes I got on digitizing my mockups and having quite a few sets mandrel bent to these specs is not cheap. For a big company it is no big deal because eventually they are making money but for me it is alot of money up front. Plus I am not a vendor on here so I would have to pay for that also.

Indeed! Do you recall what the TMS pipes went for?

BTW I just shared my results here too ^^ You know, they may look like two simple pipes but when you look closely; the smooth mandrel bends, the flares, slip-on flanges, bungs, clamps, welds etc Everything is made beautifully and they don't look that easy to make IMHO.
