TiAg E46 vs TiAg E90

I went to an oyster farm in Point Ryes this past weekend with my friends. One of them has TiAg E46 328i, and happened to park next to my E90. Thought it would be a great chance to take some photos to compare the differences btw the 2 generation. E46 is certainly AGED.... :rocks:

The E46 looks so old and busted now, I love the looks of the E90 so much more.

wow this side by side makes the E46 look really really dated. But Seven years can do that .

kerscher rear looks great with quads but ordinary with duals. your car will prob look better with kerscher complete front bumper. just a suggestion.

I guess I have been lucky, I didn't have front plate for my previous 2 cars, too. However, my younger brother just got a ticket for no front plate last week STill, I rather pay the fine rather than put on the front plate....

I don't want to have overly aggressive front. I think Hartge lip works just as fine, it looks amazingly nice in person And besides, I don't want a whole bumper replacement, so Kerscher front is totally not an option for me.

hi LWL, guess we are exact opps. i prefer complete whole bumpers to add ons. i pay the price for having old bumpers in my attic. the e90 m tech bumper for e90 will still require a complete bumper change.. ha .ha!

are u planning to get blacklines too?

Second to that. The Hartge lip looks just perfect. I personally like the Hartge a lot. I don't really feel much about the Kerscher front lip. That's why I didn't get it.

Wow!

I have an E46 at the moment, and ordered my titanium silver E90 yesterday with the 162's. That pic just makes me more excited, and that rear exhaust system, oooooh!

I also think the new E90 looks a lot more prestigious than the E46!

Thanks for the pics!

That's funny! I see that shot every day in my garage at home. The two cars are even in the same positions (e90 left, e46 right)

I just put the clear lights on our e46 this past weekend, tell your friend that if they get silver bulbs and get rid of that fried egg look, their car would look better.

it's funny how the same color can look distinct on different cars. i notice that mainly with deep green. i have to say though, TiAg looks good and the same on any bimmer.
