anyone running 235/45r18? snow tire

just curious to see if anyone went with this size vs 235/40/18. i am far from a tire guru but i would think the 45 would be a tad better because it would be a bit taller. any issues involved, ie rubbing?

That size is as tall as the 265/40-18 which does rub. There is a chance that it will clear if installed on on a wheel with offset similar to stock front wheels, ie et29, but it will be close.
