Black Csl Wheels

I'm about to order my m3 this week and I'm wondering if I can order it with black csl wheels. Does anyone know if it is possible. I'll be getting it with competition package if that matters.

Well worst case scenario if they don't make those wheels in that color, you can always go with the aftermarket version by Avant Garde, or you can always get them powdercoated if you really want... Maybe you'll consider using the stock 19"s that you'll get with the car as a winter set up, and then get the black version of those wheels as a summer set?

Not on a standard M3. The only way to get black ZCP wheels is thru the Individual program. However, if you only want the black wheels why not just buy them after taking delivery of your car and then sell your stock wheels to offset the cost? Several forum vendors have the black 359m zcp wheels. I think it would be a huge waste to go Individual for just black wheels and I'm pretty sure BMW would not even approve it. BTW, do a search and you'll find several threads discussing this topic.

You should be able to get them put on car from the factory through BMW Individual for an outrageous sum. Or, you could probably have them installed at port for a little more reasonable sum. Or, you could just buy them from Tischer at a pretty good price. Or you could just buy a set of silver ones and have them powder coated satin black, and put them on the car when it arrives.

Powdercoat them. $500-600 total plus you can vary the color- matte, satin, etc.

My AW 2011 e90 comp. came with black 359m csl wheels as a $3k option. I was not gonna pay the premium, so I had them take them off and replaced with regular silver ones.

They kept on trying to sell them to me though, saying these usually come on the gts and they made an exception for this car... Blah blah blah...

2 get the powder coated.

If the reason you wanted to order them with the car is to roll the cost into you payment you can do that as well. Simply ask your CA that you would like the black 359M style wheels with your new car and would like it rolled into your payment. When you car comes in they can install them for you and you will have both sets. You can sell the other set on the forum. Just a thought.

Powdercoating the OE ZCP can make for a great look. I noticed you're in Illinois, so if you don't already know someone to perform that work, we can do the job for you at IND. I'd suggest ordering the M3 with the standard ZCP wheels and then refinishing them once the car arrives.

If you're referring to the CSL wheels from the E46 M3, you will have to purchase those on the used market as they are no longer available with new cars from the dealer.

I may have a set that I'm willing to get rid of. Not sure if I'm going to use Silver or my Black OEM GTS wheels yet
