TXM32B Private First Class 36 Rep 156 Posts Drives: 2009 E90 M3 Join Date: May 2008 Location: Houston, TX iTrader: (0)	Emissions Testing in Houston I have an aftermarket X-pipe and high flow cats on my M3 that will fail the emissions test with the state inspection. Does anyone know a shop in or around Houston that will 'pass' my emissions test...maybe with a little extra incentive ($$)?
