If you change the tires to Toyo's they will not rub one bit at all, its the Falkens they run about 12MM wider, I know this because I went through the same problem, Falkens have flat walls, Toyo's are round so they clear perfect.

The tire brand can be the difference between rubbing and not rubbing on an aggressively offset wheel fitment. And I apologize to the OP in advance for what I'm about to say here... To anyone who buys these wheels: DO NOT SHAVE MATERIAL OFF THE BACK OF THE WHEEL TO ALTER THE OFFSET! That is very foolish, and it could compromise the integrity of the entire wheel. (rendering them worthless) The wheel was designed and tested to pass the safety requirements mandated by SAE standards. This was achieved with the MASS of the current wheel design through FEA analysis. Shaving off aluminum from the backpad area, will alter the stress/load limits of the wheel itself. (in a negative way) The worst case scenario, is that during high cornering loads, the wheel will fracture (crack) due to these radial stress loads. That could potentially cause the rim to break apart from the wheel hub area. (into 2 or more pieces) This is especially dangerous to do for wheels design to fit a 3700 lb car. Sorry to the OP, but I had to step in and say that... Trust me, I know what I'm talking about in regards to this type of 'renegade' wheel modification. BTW: I don't think the wheels need to be modified at all. Just sell them as they are now.

Sometimes, I think the "edit" button should be disabled, even though I use it. It's especially galling when an entire OP is deleted, and nothing is left, except for a discussion which makes no sense.
