I'm not married, not close to it, but from my understanding, if the item is in my sole name, why would she have a right to it? Wouldn't you make a prenupt prior to getting married? And how could she clean out the bank account? If I'm the sole account holder, she has no access to the funds... if you have a joint account..well you're an idiot for keeping all of your funds in there....just saying

You've already cheated on her emotionally. Most women rather have a husband that's cheated physically than emotionally because it means that you made a connection with this girl that's stronger than your wife. There's a couple ways to look at this:
