Photo Shoot: Rapture's Aggressive Melboure Red E92 M3

When we installed Rapture's new Volk RE30 Club Sport wheels last week, his MR M3 was pretty dirty because of the rainy weather. He posted this quick teaser photo for you last week, but we had to wait until he came back to us for a proper photo shoot with his freshly washed E92. The new wheel/tire combo really helps to tie the car together, giving it a properly aggressive stance and a unique look. Enjoy the photos and let us know what you think!

Thanks for posting this thread, Anthony!

I want to thank Tom, Steve, Kevin, Anthony and Sam at EAS for all the help over the years; my car wouldn't be what it is today without them and all their help. Thanks guys!

I also wanted to thank the guys over at IND. The paint match and quality of their products is on par with their amazing customer service.

And a big shout out to Alex@Alpine for the HID angel eyes!

They do, but are not included and I don't think I will be running them to accent the 'racecar' look.

Look'n racey! Do you know if IND does a basic sand and paint on the carbon hood or do they layer another product on top to help smooth the finish before painting? I've seen some in person (not done by IND) and they tend to look wavy.

Simply stunning and amazing!

This is nearly exactly how I would build my E90 M3 if I could!

Looks sweet. Just add something to the back end of the car. Maybe a ZCP spoiler and a diffuser?

I had A-One Auto Body in Huntington Beach do my body work, so I can't comment on INDs painting process. My hood looks nice and smooth but when looking directly at it in the sun you can see the carbon fiber weave under the paint, not unlike a Ferrari F40. It doesn't bother me.

I personally do not like the blacked out look, that's why I went with color matched grilles/side markers.

I like running without the spoiler, it makes the back of the car look more sleek and hunkered down.
Coming up next is full exhaust and some aero bits, diffuser included... Stay tuned
