2nd owner purchased as CPO (Certified Pre Owned) from BMW Northwest in Fife, Wa and owned the vehicle from April 2000 to April of 2012. I've spoken with this owner and have determined that he was very meticulous with the vehicle. He took it to Auburn Foreign Car frequently for "inspections" and any time it was in need of anything, it was done.

I am the 3rd owner and am a local BMW enthusiast. I've owned a '96 328is, a '99 M3, an '88 535is, an '07 335i, an '08 M3 sedan, and this low mileage '97 M3.

Recent maintenance includes a cooling system overhaul with updated water pump, aluminum t-stat housing, and new t-stat. Mechanically, the car needs nothing. Runs flawlessly. All lights work. No dead pixels.

Only modifications are a K&N FIPK kit and a Dinan carbon fiber strut tower bar.

Aesthetically, there are a couple blemishes. The hood had someone get a bit too aggressive with a buffer at some point, and has what appears to be small clusters of metallic in a few spots. The rest of the paint is in good condition. The interior is in great condition except for some wear on the driver seat. Nowhere near as bad as most e36's I've seen. I can have the small tear patched if desired. It has the factory Contour 5 spoke wheels with zero curb rash. Quite possibly the cleanest set of Contours I've ever seen. Overall, very clean car.

I have a copy of the Carfax available for email confirming all of the above information. I also have a copy of the original WVI from BMW which shows the original build information and warranty work.

This has to be one of the lowest mile E36 M3's available for sale in the country currently. EnthusiastAuto.com currently has a few M3's with similar miles which they have priced up in the $18,000 - $19,000 range. Next, you have to consider the rarity of the color combo.

Vehicle is located in Federal Way, Wa (20 minutes south of Seattle)

Very clean...

...and the mileage is insanely low too!

GLWS! By the way, I think I have seen you around as I am in the Federal Way area often. Your car looks fantastic in person.
