Thanks for all your answers.
Yeah insurance companies will kill you if you're under 30 and you drive an 80k sports car. Ahhh the cost of being young and well off :-) I'm getting my M next summer and I'm trying to find the best deal. I'm currently 35 with a good record. I'll call my insurance today to see what they tell me. I believe I'm paying around 1.2k on my X3 so if it could be under 3k for both that would be awesome. |

hi rockrboy
Go to www.kanetix.ca to find the best deal then call your insurance and ask them to go under the best price you found on kanetix. Or you can PM and I'll give you my insurance agent number. She has really good prices (I pay 1300 for E46 M3, first car, so no insurance history, 5 years driving license) |

About $800 or $900 with zero deductible. Excellent driving record with 1 claimin the past 12 years or so.
The M3 is registered as my second car and as a "casual" or whatever they call it when its not your primary car.

I'm not in Montreal but since others from around the country have responded I figured I'd jump in too.
Around $950 for me with a high deductible and excellent driving record. 37 years old, married, home insured by the same company (multi-policy discount), etc.
