first off, wow. you walked some legitimate super cars, held your own with others. the two most impressive cars that beat you to me were (1) the 800 hp benz, and (2) terry's 135 (that one was just INSANE - impressive build on his part).

what this video does well is give you a legitimate point of comparison of the vt2-625 against other cars. people having a hard time imagining what kind of power this kit gives you, now have a pretty thorough point of reference.

great vid again. as to the lambo - i say you would have beat it with the window up AND/OR if you didn't have a passenger. pretty impressive.

Thx guys

I'm not gonna let the cat out of the bag but let's just say that I should have considerably more power for the upcoming Shift-S3ctor event in a couple weeks.

Going under the knife at MRF Engineering next Monday

Good stuff. Too bad you can't run Bubu now (before your cat delete) as this may be his chance to beat you. lol

Unfortunately I can't make the next BK event as as I'm out of the country. But there will be more of these events I'm sure!

I doubt my cat delete is enough to take Kaane...I picked up around 24whp & 18 torque based on the pre & post install dynos. Still, great bang for the buck.

Now if I withhold the torco that he always mooches from me he is all mine

I was told 100 times that I would have picked up a car or two lengths by rolling up my windows. I ran with my windows down practically the entire event. I was maybe half a car behind Kaane so maybe with windows up I could have ended up in front. Your car should be as fast as mine now (for the next couple days at least ) with your cat delete.

lol nothing major at this point. But since I already voided my ESS warranty with an 8,600 RPM tune (which is f'ing insane by the way!) I figured I get the smallest pulley possible so a 92mm pulley/belt is going on and I will dyno at EAS hopefully later in the week or the following week. I have no idea how much boost it will provide but my car is weird in that with 20+ dynos, it consistently reads only 4.9 to 5.2 psi. This is a 8.5psi pulley so hopefully I can gain some significant power with this thing.

Do you know if you have enough injector duty cycle left to run the higher psi pulley?

Hope so otherwise Kaboom!

Kidding aside yeah I have the higher capacity (white/grey-ish) VT2 injectors which should be good. But I will monitor closely on the dyno...which will be the first 8,600 RPM WOT run with the new pulley.

Make sure you dyno it on a load based dyno and check AFR's. Normal dynojet does not put enough load and it will use more fuel on the street.
