PSS swapped when i hit about 7500 on the pzeros. they are better in every way. not that the pzeros were bad, it's just that the super sports are fantastic

My '13 E92 ZCP was a January 2013 build - Conti's.
My '11 E93 19's, guess what, Conti's. Like a curse.

'13 E92, ED. Pirellis. I loved them but wanted wider tires. The Pirellis are for sale. Only 600 break-in miles on them.

My previous car came with Continentals, which I did not like at all.

Anyone know why BMW uses so many OE tires? Steady supply? Pricing leverage?

Seems like a hassle to stock 3x the number of tires in order to service the inevitable single-tire replacement.

I'd be interested to hear if BMW is actually supplying the new PSS...
My understanding is that the PS3 is the successor to the PS2. The PSS is a new category.

Could be wrong though, as the PS3 is quoted as an "all season" tire.
