BMW Valet

Do BMW always valet your car when you take it in for service? Or does it depend on the dealership?

Normally they will wash it and give it a vac out.

I have my cars detailed twice yearly so I tell my dealership just to give it a vac out as I don't want some grease monkey with a sponge covered with grit giving it a wash

A couple of eastern europeans with a spong and tea cloth, no thanks, well clearly put 'do not clean' in the windscreen.
