Those holes will be connected to ducting which is in the underpanel and leads to a backing plate (bracket)
This plate is placed behind the rotors so as you drive (fast) air will be forced through the ducting onto the rotor surface cooling the brakes further and is useful in all applications

Can it fit a road car ?? (Even if it's not technically justified for road application)

Can someone explain why there is an issue with changing the rear suspension? It looks the same to me except for the obviously upgraded lower link. Will this cure the car of the wiggly rear end?

Most road cars have brake cooling ducts, in fact all 3 series have them but with the V8 M3 they had to route all of the air that they could to feed and cool the engine so the M3 loses the brake cooling ducts.

This is their solution to the powersteering pump being too close to the headers? Just run a hose out and let it boil?

Outstanding car - thanks for the photographs. The sketches of the rear suspension are very analytical.

Looks like it's still a traditional damper set-up in the rear, except they have gone to an coilover damper with an eye-to-eye mounting for more racing style damper selection.
