Stock M3 headers are work of art.

I think it is almost impossible to improve power with retaining OEM reliability.
Saving some weight by using Titanium might be one thing but improving actual performance will be VERY TOUGH.

stock is work of art. but impossible to improve? no one knows. I think new header with good software tuning should make good power. we will just have to wait and see if what that company can do.

never never use titanium to make header, may be titanium alloy. titanium will just break after couple month.

Personally the only time I would look at aftermarket headers is if I'm going with a stroker, head/cam work or forced induction. The OEM headers we designed with the stock engine in mind. Change the amount of air the engine can take in OR force air in and you'll most likely need aftermarket headers with larger primaries to provide the extra exhaust gasses to escape.
