Looks nice! I have the same set but have yet to install. Tweaked my neck and back playing ice hockey so the install will have to wait!

Anyways, I too noticed that the screw & nut for the gas pedal is ridiculously too long. What size screw did you get from Home Depot? TIA!

Anyone have pedals like these on their car for a while? Maybe you can chime in on the condition of the painted ///M.
I've had mine painted for 3 months and so far it still looks good. No real wear and tear.

Looks great, KMIII. Glad it worked out!

I think I bought a pack of 6-32 x 1/2" screws with nuts. Use those for the top 2 and you should be fine. Although, I hope its not affecting my WOT, I don't know how to test for that properly. The pedal DOES click on the detent so I am guessing it is fine.

Anyone know how to properly test WOT?

you're missing the most important pedal

the dead pedal does not fully cover the OEM one, so i left it off on mine. i trimmed the ends of the screws so that it wouldn't prevent a full pedal press. major pain in the butt since i couldn't thread the screw into the bolt and i had to keep toying around with it..

getting the screws on the bottom of the gas pedal was impossible too due to almost zero space to maneuver and zero visibility.

I love the pedals.. but you could at least have picked Donatello or something. No wait.. didn't Donatello out rank Raphael? Make it Mike.

I had them on for almost 8 years on my e46 and they held up fine.

Don't worry about it man it'll hold up, unless you drive with football cleats on Even if it does tear up, which it probably wont, you can buy another set for around $75. Stop thinking about it so much and do the mod!

G'luck
