Vredestein Tire Sizing for Front 19" Wheels

Which size Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires are the best fit for the OEM 19" x 8.5" wheels....245/35-19 or 255/35-19?

275/35/19 rear

That will keep your ratios like stock

Understood, but I wanted to ensure the fitment of the 255/35 was still not a problem on the stock 8.5" wheel. I would think that the handling/performance would be affected more adversely if the tire didn't fit on the wheel as well (as the OEM tire) versus keeping the same offset ratio. Thoughts or advice?

8.5" can safely hold 255 width tire

If it were me I'd go 245 front, 275 rear.
