Or you could just scrape lightly. I guess I don't worry about it too much. It's a car. And the lower part is probably replaceable. It's not like the painted surfaces are scraping.

My 2011 ZCP coupe

scrapes mildly on my driveway wheras my 2001 M3 never did--and my driveway appears nowhere near as steep as yours. However, I just go slow and at an angle and it usually doesn't scrape much. I think it is just scraping the black material that is recessed from the front bumper. So far no significant damage over the course of 1 year.

Very careful angle approaches if necessary, hope you don't run her to shore.

The driveway here looks like this

Car has no problem whatsoever at an angle slowly even if it's on comfort mode.

A quick (un)related ZCP question. I didn't want to start another thread. Does any character in our VIN's denote ZCP? I know the S in our VIN's is for Motorsports.

Just an update. I got the car today, and no driveway scraping at all! I am able to pull into the left hand space from either direction with no issues (haven't tried the right hand space yet). In any event, I am thrilled with the car...thanks everyone!

Congrats. As a guy waiting for his M3 who also has a steep driveway I'm glad it worked out.
