I would think $33-$35k for the car stock would be fair. At the very least I'd pull the Akra and the wheels off and sell them separately since that only takes an hour or two in the garage and is an extra $5k in your pocket at a minimum.

With all of the mods, I would say around at the very least 40 to 45K to a private seller and one that is looking to mod their car. Honestly, I would part out as much as you can and get around 35K. I purchased mines last year in August for 42K with 29k miles and no mods and it was the cheapest for a 2008 model around Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, etc...

Thanks for the input. I think it would take forever to get 40-45k in its current state. I want to sell the car in the next couple of months.

I will probably end up reinstalling the standard exhaust and sell the Akra seperately. The wheels I'll likely keep (plus they're cheap TR Motorsport any way) and the rest of the mods are too much of a pain in the ass to sell seperately. A couple hundred dollars isn't worth the time.

You say the Dinan camber plates aren't on the car right now? Do you want to sell those separately, I might be interested.

Sure, only had them on the car for a month or two. I just need to find them, but I am currently in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Definitely part out what you can. You'll definitely end up with more cash in your pocket that way.

I'm not going to waste time parting out a bunch of piddly little parts for a couple hundred dollars unless someone locally is interested.

you will be surprise, people will take it out for you probably for a cheaper price, but at least you get something back. I did that when I parted my 335 and I got rid of most my parts that way. You certainly do not have to do it, its your money.

I live in Houston, I'll gladly take some of the aftermarket parts off your hands. Only if you decide to part-out though, not trying to persuade you.

40-45K is not realistic.

You never get out what you put in unless you part out

Anybody who thinks that they will 'get out what they put in' to such a car is high off their balls. Modifying a car is a money losing endeavour.

I will take the akra off for you and put the stock back on for a small fee. I live in downtown. I will also take the tires and wheels off for free and put the oem back on for free (it would take me about 15-20 minutes), I have a full garage with all the tools, except a lift, but have plenty of jacks and stands.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

I just went through a partout. Unless you have lots of free time, not worth it. On the other hand, it may actually help in selling the car.

I think you may have to be willing to go a little lower than $33k to sell it quickly. I don't see why you can't get $33-$35k with some patience.

My needing to work out the expat package and get my VISA will keep me in Houston until the summer, so I not in a hurry to sell persay any more. I think I can get $34-35k for the car and that is my goal.

I have very little interest in parting anything out. 'As-is, where-is' can be acheivable if I don't have to hurry. Then again, my company has sent me to Singapore for two months with four days notice before.

Yeah, if you can wait I'm confident that you can get $33-$35 without the Akra system.
