Strange Theft in Kansas

On Yahoo this morning Police are baffled as to why these thieves would go out of their way to steal 250lb cement parking blocks each only worth $25.

The second I saw what they were stealing I figured one of the thieves probably has a lowered car and pulled his bumper on one of them (like so many of us have) and decided to take vengeance on the parking lot by stealing them! lol

I found it funny when the reporter says the people are parking WITHOUT the protection from rolling into the building...like wtf!?!? lol the thieves just did you a favor cause now you're protected from tearing off your bumpers people.
