front lip install + long drive? cure time?

I will be receiving my lip and diffuser next week. I have some questions about the installation and the cure time. The only time I will be able to install would be thursday next week. Right after the install I will be going on a long 6 hr drive.

I know that arkym lips and diffusers are installed with oem bolts + molding tape (3M industrial tape). Would there be a cure time for the double sided industrial tape? I was thinking about using masking/painter's tape on the front bumper as clearbra for my trip. Meaning that, before the long drive, I will tape the lip to the bumper and cover the bumper with painter's tape like clearbra.

Would this be efficient enough and hold down the lip?

3m tape does not need a significant amount of cure time. just press it in place for a few mins and it bonds pretty quickly. its not like epoxy which needs time to dry... you should be fine to do your 6hr drive right after.
