It seems like the woman who was talking, she stated that the same thing happened to her son. Maybe thats why they were taking video, if you notice the cones already in that section where the guy crashed. It looks like the guardrail had been recently replaced.

Looks like she'll be suing somebody. The last part she said, "Those sons of bitches!!"

this was on the news here not too long ago, she lost her son at exact same location in a car accident. seems the jags tire pressure was not setup right as well as him going over the limit
