If you are a BMW employee or know someone who is, can't you just ask him/her to find out if the lease is transferable?

BMW N/A doesn't let.. My friend had to go to war to get the car but at the end of the day, it worked.

Thanks for the info guys. Talked to the Finance Manager at the BMW dealership where I used to work and he said that I can do it. Also forgot to mention that my car has 40% tint on both front and back windows.

From what I was told by BMW FS you can't transfer an employee lease. I tried everything and they said no. I would call them to get a definite answer.

+1. I was always told that you cannot transfer the CEL cars.

I spoke with the Finance Manager at the dealership where I used to work at and where I got the car and he said that I can transfer the lease. It might not actually be an official BMW employee lease, rather I just got an employee discount on my lease if that makes sense.
