Has anyone registered for any of the BMWCCA track days at lime rock. Seems everytime I look at the CVC site it says the events are all sold out.

yes it should be but it is 325 for 1day.....

agreed, it is really really pricey for an HPDE 1 day event! i want to do it but believe better offers will come...problem is they are pretty booked through until that date so time is running out this year... what part of CT are you near? I am southwestern....

Rent for Lime Rock is very high, so the CCA Chapters have to charge more. Places to stay the night are pretty expensive, too. Great track with a lot of history, though!

Several CCA Chapters run events at NJMP and Watkins Glen, and cost per day is generally much lower.

I live in Avon about 15 mins from farmington. I saw a LR a few times over by mountain road. You ever get up here. Havnt really seen to many M3's but have ran into a few F10 M5's.

Lime rock is very expensive compared to other tracks (not including Monticello) however the convenience is worth the extra $75 or so. Scda and cart are two good org's for hpde at lr

MMC is an incredible venue... have driven it in a Jag XK and have ridden it on sportbikes... for a dump of a town, it is totally awesome.

Yes, it is unfortunate that LRP is so pricey, because everything in that area is pricey... 325 for an HPDE (as good as they are) just seems real high for a 1day.... but its convenient as you say

all of the CCA events at lime rock this year have been about $300.... it is a blast of a track!

Anyone else going this Friday?
