Thank you everyone for your interest.

A couple updates:
The car will be ready for transfer in about 2 weeks. I will be emailing everyone this week who showed interest and provided me with their email address.

The down payment is firm at 5500 as I have multiple parties who are confirmed at that rate. If you are interested and I do not have your email address please pm me. I will initiate contact with all interested parties to see who will be qualified/approved by bmw to move forward with the lease assumption.
Thanks!

I just need to say God forbid car is stolen or totaled to new buyer is out 6k, and when you can get a 2011.5 very fully optioned. With about 2k total out of pocket just the fees at drive off. A brand new vert $850 a month with taxes rolled in. I just felt the need to after you said the best deal out there. When leasing a car it rule of thumb to put down as little as possible not 6 k. BTW did you put MSD down or was all that cash cap cost? BTW what MF did you get right now its only .00180 .

how is that haggling? its called doing the math genius like how dant335i mentioned.

when i was shopping for the M, i did the math with my CA and it came out to be $820 with a BRAND new e93 custom built to my order. i would never suggest additional drive off expense. at most multiple security deposit.

add in the $500 for lease assumption and the $350 disposal fee for the car when its returned (pray it doesnt have any damages), that supposedly $563 shoots up.

so once again, do the math.

fyi: this is not for me, its for me friend as i mentioned. i paid for my car in full since the MF was too high for my liking.
Glad to see someone else realized this is a terrible deal on a 3year old car.
