I've used two browsers, Chrome and Safari and neither will load the page for me. When I go to the customer tracking section its just a dead end, page wont load, it's white, nothing.

Guess it doesnt matter as I can track the Torino on marrinetraffic.com

Hmm, has anyone with an E93 made it on the boat recently?

My car finished production on Jan 17th (last 4 of vin - 4772) and when I call the status is still "Car is awaiting release to the carrier".

Is this the status before it's loaded onto the boat? Or is something in between?

It's been completed for 10 days now and hoping it makes the Feb 3rd boat.

It means that the car is still at the factory, waiting to get loaded onto the transport (train?) to go to the port.

Five M3 Convertibles were loaded onto the Torino on Tuesday, including #'s 4771, 4776 and 4777. Not yours however. I wonder if they spotted an issue and needed to correct it? Or maybe the Director wanted to get yours autographed by the Factory racing team first. (Sorry, just trying to be optimistic.)

Status just got updated to "At port waiting for vessel"!!

Unless the status is behind a couple of days and I miraculously made it on the INDEPENDENCE II, it looks like I'm FEDORA bound (or OBERON as a 2ndary backup)!!

I'm on the "K" Line's 'Florida Highway' that departed Bremerhaven Jan. 26, and is due into Charleston on Feb. 10 with plenty of time to spare!

So i think there was a glitch between the 1800 automated number and when my car was actually completed? I called my CA and the 1800 operator and they both said it wasn't scheduled to be done until 1/28 (yesterday) and not the 17th like the recording. Maybe this explains why my owners circle page was still "in production" status this whole time.

Has anyone every heard this? Do we know if the factory Was closed in Jan at all that could have caused the mis match?

The factory re-opened Jan. 10 from the holidas so maybe that was the issue?

Peter, any update? We're curious as to what happened with your car. Did your VIN number change this week?

Looks like my data is all messed up re: production and completed dates and still nothing on the website but the status code is now 182 which means handed to carrier waiting to be loaded on the ship so I'm hoping that its correct and makes the 2/3 boat leaving to the east coast.

Is the vin supposed to be changing?

Mine was completed on the 19th and has status code 193, "Arrived at Port of Exit".

I think it took me 1-2 days to get from 182 to 193.

I was thinking that maybe they had to rebuild your car.

They certainly took enough time to build you a new one, if something nasty had happened to the first one they made for you.
