Custom Painted Helmets....

Post them up if you have them...

I've been trying to come up with a design for my Stilo. Here are the 3 paint scheme ideas I have so far, I was also thinking of painting my Hans to match...

- BMW ART Car design
- M Power Scheme
- Copying the Firestrike Design from my Shoei

I like the art car design...

Check out http://www.maskedexpressions.com/ ...he's a pretty good guy and has done quite a few goalie masks and car helmets for me.

Who did you get the quote from?

I was going to have Jason @ Hot Hedz Design paint it everything even with painting the Hans I was looking at under 1k for both...

Censport - and also a British firm that did a fine job on one in the past.

Got the perfect match for the art car. I've been approached many times about selling my lid but I can't part with a classic..............Phil

Here is my recently painted Stilo. Paint was done by Mike Savage @ Savage Designs. The colors didn't come through as well in the picture, but you get the idea. www.savagedesigns.com

I think the Jeff Koons design would look tits. I'm probably going to get something on my new helmet eventually. Not sure I want to do something BMW-specific though. Cool topic!

I just bought a new Bell. Between it, my Hans and my microphone/headset I've got a lot into it. Only had money left for some track map stickers.

Talking

Hey Guys, Its been a while since I started this thread and just wanted to update it with some pictures I have just received. I put Brett King up to the task of taking on The Art Car design and he has exceeded my expectations 10 fold. He sent me some pictures tonight of the shell after the final clear coat today and even though its not put back together yet I can't resist sharing them. I've been chomping at the bit to see this for a while and the wait has definitely been worth it
