Can I drive w/ front sway disconnected?

I have a service appointment tomorrow, and Turner Motorsports was a day late in shipping out my 'next day air' order. I was wondering if it's safe to drive with the front endlinks removed, and the sway bar just hanging?

I know it's not a problem for 4x4s, just want some input from experts first. Thanks!
