Brembo Question

NE one try to install the new OEM Brembo brake kit on a 2011 M3 competition package coupe?

Maybe he is referring to the new M5/M6 or the F30 upgrade brake set-up; but I don't think they're made by Brembo...?

Not sure about the F30, but the M5 is by Brembo.

I guess anything is possible with enough money although, I would be willing to bet that the cost of the OEM M5 brakes cost at least as much as just buying the appropriate Brembo brake kit for the M3. This is also assuming that zero adaptations are needed to make them fit.

$2100 approx from dealer and are brembos but have M3 logo on caliper

Looks like a radial mount adapter will be needed. I doubt any of the ones currently in production for aftermarket BBKs will work with this. Would be neat to verify it though.

Since the F30's brakes are not interchangeable with the M3, I would guess it would take more than just swapping them out.
