13 E92 M3 lease price
hi,
thinking of getting a 13 M3 Coupe lease. MSRP: 65175. this is what my dealer offers: selling prices: 62200 MF: 0.00076 (7MSDs) residual: 62% ( 10K, 36month) Monthly Payment: 620+tax Is this a good deal? Thanks. |

Those numbers don't make sense unless you're doing a $2,200 down payment (cap cost reduction). Is that the case?
I'd say forget the down payment and live with a slightly higher monthly. Without a down payment, the monthly should be $683+tax. Also, if you plan to potentially buy the car after the lease is up, I'd suggest you get some options on the car. It will help resale value and marketability significantly. If you're not going to keep the car, then it makes no difference.

Looks like a decent deal, though I agree that you can do better on the purchase price. I'd try to shoot for $500 over invoice. There are dealers out there willing to make that kind of deal.
Just be aware that if you end up buying the car from a dealer in CA (for instance), you'd have to take European Delivery or Performance Center Delivery. Unless you plan to drive the car back from CA.

Currently there is modifiable production order at least for Mainline,devonhill, otto, or WG... the newones will come soon.
