M school. One or two days?

2>1. One day school doesn't give you enough real seat time. 2 day is the only way. 2nd day is lots better than day one.

Slightly off topic but the op said his wife is getting it for his birthday, not the other way around. Either way, 2 days for sure, doesn't hurt to have double the fun

Took my wife who generally has zero interest in anything automotive. She had a blast and would have been totally bummed to have to leave after the first day.

2 days... You won't regret it.
