maybe they wanted to weed out the Euros even though they say all makes and models welcome. they purposely changed the date to the same weekend as Mfest.

Lemme check with Sal, I've done some drives with him before that ended up in Santa Cruz via twisties. As long as it's not raining we should be golden.

we can do Mt. Hamilton to Mt. Diablo and lunch in Walnut Creek at 1515 .

it should be very nice scenic drive ...

it is on BMW CCA list so it should be pretty safe drive ... we don't need to go crazy as some of us have 20" wheels

I'm down for that. But then I'm definitely not washing my car beforehand, it's gonna look like I've been offroading after that drive.
