question about ZHP knob
Hi everyone,
I installed my ZHP knob this weekend. I was driving it today. I really enjoying the shifting. However, there is one problem came out. The knob does not fit tight on there. I can easily twist the knob around. Has anyone experience this before? is there any way to solve the problem? Thanks JJ |

The knob should "click" in place. Maybe you screwed up the driling or dremmelling part. When I first installed my knob I didn't push it all the way in. During a hard 1 - 2 shift I found myself scrambling in panic with the knob in on hand and fumbling the steering wheel in the other hand during a turn.

Its a muted "click", not like a light switch click, you will feel it more that hear it.. I had to push hard down to feel the click. Try that good luck.

Line it up and give a good whack with the side of your fist, while holding it steady with your other hand. I switched to this knob, and mine is quite snug.
