Black Friday / Holiday sales?

Hi

just wondering if there are any auto stores having thanksgiving/holiday sales for car parts.

I am looking to upgrade my E90 M3. for example looking to change out the rear lights to clear/led ones.
looking to find a rear diffuser, etc. etc.
