you dont. there has to be some room left. it can be pretty close and you can work it onto there however.

I tried for half an hour trying to fit the cap back on....gave up and just cut the cap off and left the wires exposed.

Glad I tried this out before track....would have hated wasting time at track side trying to figure this out.

you removed the cap not cut the wires correct? how much camber are you running i had -2.5 and fit the cap still. thats about tops for street driven car really.

removed the cap, so that the wiring would fit and keep edc functional.

-2.5 is all that I can get with the plates pushed all the way in with the center of the strut touching the inside of the metal cutout.......-1.5 in street/factory setting.

okay i was able to get closer to -3 with stock ride height but at -2.5 i could fit the cap.

I have never adjusted camber to max, but I can see how this would be a problem. I believe you can go up to -3.0 neg (lowered) without any problems. On a E92, you should not be needing more than -2.8 neg.

I see. It depends on how much you are lowered. The more you lower the front end, the less neg camber you need to adj with the camber plates. I'm lowered about 1 inch with KW S/O, so don't need as much adj with plates.

that's what I figured....I'm at stock height.

Got rid of the caps, and everything is all good again.

That would explain why you are close to max neg. and why your caps are not fitting.

Looks like all the back orders will be filled in about two weeks! There should be plenty of spaces for new orders as well!

Are the OEM springs more compressed with the Vorshlag spring perch compared to the OEM mounts, or are the springs of equal height? Thanks.

No, the stack height of the camber plates are exactly like th OE strut mounts. Your ride height is not changed with the installation of these.

Just installed mine yesterday and there is a very noticeable increase in rode height. So much so that I'll be shopping for springs now
