Firstly great job. I know this is a client car, so you dont' have to answer to this comment, but:

man, I just can't believe people allow their cars to get into this condition. Yeah, what we see is all topical and superficial, but a dirty, disorganized, messy car speaks volumes on the potential lack of care on routine maintenance tasks, and the general treatment and preceived "abuse" the car would have gone though.

No I dont' see using the car at a track as "abuse", as long as it's well maintained for the track duty, but it appears this car is just a daily driver.

Does 0000 Steel Wool scratch the exhaust? A friend told me it's safer to just use an MF towel.

What are your thoughts about that Phil! BTW great job, the blue really POPS

a few years ago I was skeptical, the steel wool with a great metal polish will bring a nice pop to really dirty exhaust tips, if they aren't dirty use a microfiber towel no need for something that aggressive.

I have the Auto Finesse Metal Polisher, do you apply it to the dirty exhaust tips and then wipe it off with a MF towel or steel wool? And how much do you usually apply?

And for the engine bay, did you use any tools besides the products (adam's all purpose cleaner and in and out spray). I don't have that dry blower so would drying it with a towel be okay too?

Sorry for so many questions

Great work on this RS4!!

yes you can apply on a dirty exhuast tip. if you want you can clean them up first as well but that usually gets your wash media all crapped up.

you can dry with the Uber Super Drying Microfiber Towel
