Has anyone ever experienced a cracked MTM bottle neck

So almost a few weeks ago, I bought some cleaning supplies at Detailers Domain and couldn't wait to use it on a warm day...finally today I got my lazy ass up and suck up the 40 degree weather because I couldn't stand the M being covered in salt

I JUST poured in some Adams shampoo, diluted it, and snapped it to the pressure washer. Literally after spraying the roof driver side of the car, it dropped to the floor and this is what happened:

yah, 100% positive. Screwed it into the nozzle, and quick connected it to my wand.

I've already contacted DD and we'll see what they say. Kinda sucks too because when I first got my package, the Adams shampoo was squished and a hole formed around the crease, leaking a decent amount of soap everywhere. Good thing everything else, esp the microfiber, was wrapped in plastic.

I'm sure Phil will take care of you especially with the Adams shampoo. I've never heard of the mtm having that problem but man that sucks and seems like a defect in the product. Let us know what happens. Best of luck

then that is a serious product defect if a bottle cannot withstand 40 degrees and u see professional shops detail outside in probably colder temps all the time
