It's a strange thing to say, but I just don't feel like these ZCP wheels fit the car right. Maybe it's because they were an option on the E46 M3, I don't know it just doesn't look right. I think the standard 19" wheel option looks more classy and fits the car profile better. BMW should of came up with a new wheel design for this gen ZCP option.

Just you....J/k. I actually agree with you. I do like the stock 19s better. These ZCP wheels are okay, but I'd stay with stock or aftermarket. Maybe they look better in person?

Yeah, there's something about the classic BBS look on the E9x body in general that just isn't quite as striking as you might expect. Overall I am not a big fan, and I agree the standard thin spoke 220M's do the car more justice. But then, I have the 18's and like those too, and plenty of people think they look cheap. Everyone has their preference I guess. BTW, I do dig the black wheels on the GTS which are the same wheel as the ZCP. Of course, that's probably because the lines of the wheel are not very visible.

COMP PKG Wheels and Cheap Tires

Has anybody else noticed that the tires are Continental's! Why does BMW cheap out on the tires to the customer? They send the cars out for reviews and at the auto shows with Expensive Michelin Tires and then stiff the customer with tires costing $600+ less for the set. I believe this is adding to the look and stance of this car as well.

I still think the Comp Wheels could have been done better... The OEM 19s to me looks much better IMHO.

Sorry IMO, the OEM 19s with the darker finish look better!
Unless these CSL style wheels come in a darker finish I think its not worth it!

However, the car does sit better with these wheels!

Congrats to the OP!

And yes after break-in do tell us what the difference is between this and the regular E90 M3 in terms of handling and performance!

I am surprised the wheels dont have offsets and measurements on the outside face like the E46 competition package wheels had. It makes those look like FAKE VMRs.

Congrats on the new car!

I have the same car coming except E92 and now I am worried about the wheels. I hope they look better in person.
