FRS and GMRS share 7 channels. On these 7 shared channels GMRS radios are limited to just 500 mW (1/2 Watt) which is the maximum power allowed on FRS channels.

damn.. i had it wrong then eh...good reading.. in any case; I will be on channel 15.1 and 16.1 ..since lol I have 2 talkies; so if anyone wants one to use its all yours.. I got it recharged, but ur gonna need 3 AA batteries for backup just in case. when we meet up in Ajax we can dial into a preferred setting

No, I think the Hammerheads are going to focus on ChumpCar this year and maybe try and build something a little more powerful and go back for Targa class next year or the year after. Need some time to renew those "wife permission forms"... IN THE FACE!

We leave Ajax at 11 sharp. Perhaps be there around 10:45 or sooner.

Just got back from a 2 month long trip to Asia. I would have loved to go but can't. I am sure it will be a wonderful trip. Have fun!

Hey guys, how many hours will this be? My co-pilot bailed on me, so I am thinking I might not join in since I will be alone in the car.

I also have another meet at 6pm, some people owe me $$$ so I need to attend that meet lol...so I am wondering if I will be able to make it back on time. Or maybe go there with you guys, and then head right back after we reach the point.

Still debating.

Money comes and money goes; this cruise is a rare opportunity; least for me man. I most probably might be alone too; if my scrub doesnt make it. however, I am okay with this. I have got my iphone playlist ready; talkie ready; car ready; they only thing that flopped was my ReplayXD camera to record the show
