Goddamn Highway Cops!!
Don't mind me I am just venting. Got pulled over today for speeding and tint. Gave me 80 in 50. And 2 tickets for tint. Front and Rear. Just one of those days.

Sorry to hear that.
Two tickets for tint? That's insane. I've never heard of that, but that might be because I live in Alabama. Police don't enforce too many of the laws here. The only thing you really get a ticket for is speeding, and even that is rare. |

Did you move to NY from another state or did you know your windows were darker than NY law allows when you tinted them?
Seems to me if you knew they were illegal and you did it anyway you really have no reason to gripe that you got the tickets.

LOL, Not really complaining about getting the tickets and I know what I have on my car that gets me tickets or not. And I knew my tints where darker than state law and I receive tickets all the time. I just never got ones for the front and back. Also yeh I was speeding. And anyone who tells me they don't speed is lieing. I just happen to get caught. I was actually behind a truck but I was the first target. Hey they have jobs to do and I have no problem with that.
I was just letting out alittle steam.

tint in rear is okay in CA. only the front is not okay. or i should say, not okay with CHP, but okay with local police. speeding, it's okay when there is no cop. lol. traffic school, so your insurance won't go up.

damn....i caught 2 last night.. going home on the BQE at like 1:30 in the morning. excessive at 92mph on 45. and a no signal. he let me go for my tints.
