I have 18x9.5 et35. My rear fenders are not rolled, but they don't rub. However, the clearance is minimal with NT01 275's.

I think I need more front camber though with the Ventus TD's. The outside edge of the front passenger side is nearly corded while there is plenty of tread from the inside to 3/4's of the way across. I am going to flip them on the rims and try to get one more weekend.

I'm running 3deg camber at the front and measured temps were pretty even, wear looks even across the tread as well.

How have the TDs lasted for you compared to NT-01s? I've only got 5 heat cycles on mine (~25 laps total) so I can't assess yet if there is a noticeable drop off in performance after x number of cycles and how long the tread will ultimately last. All I know is for a treaded tire they are some sticky mofos!

Feel like I made some good progress but there is more time to be had in T2&3, the sweeper and gut check. Next time! I'm just happy I kept it out of the mud and off the wall. The last turn took a long time to dry out and I had a couple butt clinchers there. Also, I noticed that the car was very sketchy on the drive home Saturday night (I had adjusted the suspension at the track that morning). Turns out I had 7/16" toe out! No wonder I was so unstable under braking at the track. I blame this on my cone killing incident!

What were your cold and hot tire pressures?

At least orange cones match your paint!

I had a revelation in the sweeper last time I was at MSR Houston CCW. You don't need to turn in from the left entering the bus stop. The middle works great as well.

Dang, I run -3.5 camber up front with 35psi on NT01s and that seems to work pretty well. I corded all 4 tires at the same time at Cresson. Did a tire flip and some careful rotation and got 7 days out of NT01s...which is an eternity considering how much sliding I did on them.

I find the grass is much easier on the tread.

Cold pressures were 28 +/-1psi, I tweaked a couple tires after taking temps and can't remember which ones. I don't know hot pressures cause I don't check them if I'm taking temps. But sounds like your issue is more down to camber than pressure unless you were running extremely low pressures which I doubt.

I run -3.5 so it shouldn't have been camber. I am going to be more diligent with tire pressures. I'll go ahead an check my toe this weekend.

Did you rotate tires? I get worse outer edge wear on my rear tires.

Was finally convinced that the Hankooks on the front were heat cycled out after 60+ sessions. Combined with new rear tires I was pushing like crazy. New RS3's for the front are on their way.

Jae, I love the JRZ's, they have been a great street/track shock that are actually more comfortable than the OEM shocks at my street settings and yet I have a lot of adjustability for the track. The RS-1's are a single adjustable unit but if you're thinking about JRZ's for your e46 I would consider the dual adjustable version (RS?). Got mine from Bimmerworld.

The only caveat is that I'm getting some clunking in the right front since my last track event two weeks ago. Don't know what it may be but I need to tear into it this weekend. I'm thinking it's the GC camber plates.

My GC plates clunk too. I meant to get a ride with you a MSR...forgot. Wanted to check out your suspension.

Jae, I've decided that it's not the GC plates but the Powerflex bushing in the right front thrust rod (front lower control arm) making noise in cold temps. Now that it's warmer everything is okay though I'm thinking about going to the BW bearing setup.
