M3 with Akra GT4 Exhaust & BBS FI Wheels

Showing off Akrapovic's top of the line titanium exhaust system and BBS' top of the line forged wheels, this 6SPD manual E92 M3 is a clean, hardcore machine.

For even more power and a a louder exhaust note, we replaced the standard Akrapovic high-flow catalytic converter x-pipe with the GT4 catless version. KW adjustable sleeve-over springs paired with 19" BBS FI wheels give this M3 its wide and low stance.

In the front, a BMW Euro bumper completely eliminates the OEM reflectors while a Vorsteiner carbon fiber lip spoiler gives an aggressive look. To balance the rear, a Vorsteiner diffuser and BMW performance spoiler complete the carbon fiber theme.

Modifications
Akrapovic Evolution Titanium Exhaust System with GT4 X-Pipe
BBS FI Wheels (19"x9.5" ET28 Front, 19"x10.5" ET28 Rear)
BMW Euro Bumper
BMW Performance Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler
IND Painted Cosmetic Package
KW Adjustable Lowering Spring Sleeve-Over Kit
Vorsteiner GTS-V Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser
Vorsteiner VRS Aero Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler

I'm liking the clean look of that car. The euro front bumper is a must-have IMO. I can't believe how many people settle for painted reflectors.

Completely agree but understand cost is a big factor. If something ever happens to mine and it needs to be replaced the euro bumper will go on without a second though.

True... Not as much as you might think. I had IND fill in the holes and paint a US bumper for me and sold my OEM bumper. My net cost was around $600 after shipping expense.

If they filled the holes and resprayed it perfectly why did you even buy a new bumper? At that point its the same as a euro version. If I found a legit body shop local to me that could do it I would go that route.

Had mine filled in when I had to redo my front bumper anyways. Filling in was free of charge.

Because it was less expensive and more convenient to have IND use one of their in-stock used bumpers. I did not technically buy a true euro bumper. IND does a lot of custom work and seems to have an inventory of stock bumpers (probably from customers who did aftermarket bumper upgrades). I explored all of my options, including having a local body shop fill my bumper. IND seems to have the M3 market cornered and their prices are very fair. Shipping a bumper is $200+/-. It was best to buy a used US bumper from IND, have them do the work (filling and painting), ship it to CA, install it locally (MRF Engineering), sell my OEM bumper, and ship it out in the packaging from my new bumper. My OEM bumper only had 900 miles on it and was relatively easy to sell. I was very pleased with the finished product and service that IND provided. Like I said, the net cost after everything was around $600. Having my bumper done locally would have cost me around $1200 and I wouldn't have had a used bumper to sell. Does that make sense?

That's how it worked out on my last M3.... Had a scratched bumper courtesy of a valet. The body shop charged me a little extra to fill the holes but it was well worth it. It was one of the first modifications I did when I got my new M3. I hate reflector warts.

best part is, people don't notice it until they start feeling that something is off and then ask, oh? euro bumper?
