Question Music Hard Drive Question

Does anyone know how much memory the hard drive has to download music onto it? I have an '09 with I-Drive, Nav, and I-Pod adapter. I know you can use USB port in glovebox to download music onto the hard drive. Can I download all of my music from my 30G I-Pod so I don't need to have it in the car. If so, do I just plug my I-Pod into this port and wait for it to download it into the "music collection"?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't think 08 M3 came with harddisk, you can use USB drive.
If I am listening music, I prefer USB finger.

I live in Canada, I use mine 3G phone connect to internet and listen RTHK Live 2. Great technology!

I have an '09 and also use the iPhone 3G with the cradle... how do you use the internet? That function is new news to me.

Depend on your web broadcasting media!

I use a both end 3.5mm cable, one end connect to M3 Aux 3.5mm jack and the other end connect to phone headset!
Connect to internet with 3G.
Setup a favourite link to your favourite web broadcasting.
Play it!
Since my favourite web broadcasting use RealPlayer, I use a Nokia N95.
