As I understand, AGM is what BMW has used since 2008.

So I went ahead and returned the battery I got and picked up the H8-AGM which is a good bit beefier and also AGM technology. Still waiting on the cable so I can do the programming and registration...

So I'm still getting P156F after the new battery. Any thoughts as to what this might be caused by?

Actually I may have been wrong about code P156F being battery temp problem as I posted. I can't seem to find a good definition for P0156F. Does anyone know what the F is and if it would be the same as P156? I think P156 is O2 sensor circuit 2 bank 2?

Anyone know if you can just add a 0 in there and its the same code, and what that F might be?

I was looking into this and all I found was the O2 sensor on bank 2 also. But it was with a 0 added to the P156. I have no idea what the F stands for.
