But it be a shame that they don't drive their M's more often : S
I think the two main reasons that there isn't alot of M's in china is because
1. It ISN'T a chic magnet
2. It is over priced, a Porsche turbo is basically the same price as an M6 in china
My cousin owns Fan De so Ive been talking to them about this but they say marketing and pricing is decided by BMW China and they don't really have a say in it. Owells...

Man, a standard 911T without any option is 20% more expensive than a fully equipped M6 in China.

Nice pics! I'd have to say, the demand for high end products in China is amazing... on the personal side of things, I get emails/phone calls asking me to pick up random stuff and ship them straight to China. from little items at the mall, aftermarket parts, or even new cars. Everything from minivans to Porsches you name it. Its insane.

I just double checked, maybe I got something wrong but the price listed on Porsche and BMW's websites says that
The msrp for the BMW M6 is 229.8 Wan Rmb or approx. 338.5k Usd
And the msrp for the Porsche 911 Turbo is 235 Wan Rmb or approx. 346k Usd
Both of these are starting prices without options
However, it is true that the price of the 911 can easily and greatly surpass the M6 if optioned extravagantly.
There may be some sort of deal for the M6 though since it is out of production.
Regardless, both are a bit above my price point....

Btw, Peter mind if I ask how you get parts and even cars through customs in China? or do u not handle that part of the issue??
