Blue e92 spotted in DC

I was in DC last weekend, and on Saturday the 20th, I spotted a blue, not sure which blue, coupe with the standard 18" wheels near the National Mall, mid afternoon, turning from.... Constitution (maybe?) to a perpendicular street. I was walking around after a seminar, and spotted it. Young guy driving. Was it any of you guys?

i was in dc but nowhere near constitution, there was only one other IB m3 around here that I know of and he was a e90 not e92. So far i am the only one around this area that I know of.
